1. Introduction

c. You will only use the SMMULTRA website in a manner which follows all agreements made with social platforms on their individual Terms of Service page.
d. SMMULTRA rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
e. SMMULTRA does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SMMULTRA will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. SMMULTRA tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

2. Disclaimer
a. SMMULTRA will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

3. Liabilities
a. SMMULTRA is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by social platforms, search engines or other platforms.

4. Service
a. You will not upload anything into the SMMULTRA site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social platforms community.
b. Once you order any of services for your accounts which are not public, you will lose your balance permanent. There will be no refund.
c. Maximum top up balance bonus for each transaction is limited to $50. Top up bonus can be only used for Automated Services.
d. Maximum cashback is limited to $50 for a single transaction. Cashback is only available on Automated Services.
e. The official communication language is English. Members can only contact us in English. For some specific cases we might help in Russian or Turkish. But we do not guarantee it. You can buy VIP+ membership or language support package to be able to have support in your own language. 
f. There is possibility of have support in the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, English, Russian, Turkish, German, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic, Spanish, Ukrainian, Arabic languages. Please contact via ticket in case if you need it.

5- Refund Policy
a. No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMMULTRA.
b. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your client's social media accounts.
c. Orders placed in SMMULTRA will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SMMULTRA account if the order is non deliverable.
d. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Your account must be public.
e. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
f. Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same account or link. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
g. Some services we provide have individual refund policy which might be partially or fully refunded back to your bank account. Those services have clear statement on the description part. For such cases, do not file a dispute instead of opening a ticket on our website. We will surely refund those services to your bank account. But, if you file a dispute instead of opening a ticket, you will not be able to request any refund.
h. Users who are banned from our system for any reason will not be able to request any refund for their payments.

6- Privacy Policy
a. This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
b. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
c. Orders you made will be encrypted and saved in secure servers, and will not be shared with third parties.

7- Banning policy
a. Users who cause communication abuse against our employees and employers, or users who are doing bad reputation on the internet about us, our company or any of our employees and employers, might be banned permanent. In such cases, we will not be able to refund any payment you made, in addition, we have rights to deliver the case the legal authorities.
b. Users who are not reading any service description but submitting numerous tickets to make our employees busy with their fake requests will be permanently banned.
c. Users can only have 1 ticket for 1 order and they cannot open new one until the previous ticket is closed. Users who ignores this rule, might be permanently banned if the behavior was found abused.
d. Banned users who are trying to open new account will be permanently banned on their new accounts. If you wish to remove your ban from your account, please send an e-mail that contains the reasons why we should remove your ban.
e. We might ask proof of ownership for your account anytime. If such case occurs and you couldn't do it, your account might be temporarily banned until you submit the proof. For this reason, we recommend all users to put their real information on their account. You might face this procedure especially when the ordered amount is higher than the usual order amounts.

8- Additional Rules about Automated Services
a. In case, if you are using any automated services, you agree with all terms listed under 8th numbered section of Terms of Use.
b. Automated Services will only be used to promote your social appearance. But some our services which has descriptive content on specific categories, might offer different services depends on its description.
c. You cannot submit two services for the same link or same account in the same time. In case if you do it, service will be terminated and you will have no refund. You will lose your paid amount permanent.
d. You cannot submit any services to your private account. To be able to do it, you must change the privacy of your account and make it public.
e. If the service requires username, you must enter username. Otherwise, it will be 
misplaced order and you will lose your paid amount permanent.
f. If the service requires link, you must enter link. Otherwise, it will be misplaced order and you will lose your paid amount permanent.
g. Once you order a service under automated services, you agree that it cannot be stopped or refunded. It will be automatically refunded back to your account only if the service is non deliverable. Because of it is an automated service, we cannot stop or cancel it manually. 
h. We have rights to terminate your account if you continuously request from us to manage, stop, edit or refund an automated service while we are unable to do it. In case if your account is terminated once, you will not be able to use your balance nor request your money back.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for. If you wish to have followers who might interact you, you must use services with no automation or no bots.
j. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts. If you wish to have followers who are real, you must use services with no automation or no bots.
